Due to hygiene laws we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items;
- Sets purchased with Briefs/Bottoms
- Bikinis Sets
- SALE ITEMS
Should you wish to refund an item that is not listed above, please email
email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the goods. After 7 days of the customer receiving the goods, the customer is no longer eligible for a refund, return or exchange.
*You are solely responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return items. For security reasons we recommend all returns are posted signed for or tracked. We accept no responsibility for returning items during the shipping process.
Exchanges are only valid in exchange for the same item in a different size. Please note exchanges may take between 1-2 weeks to be completed and dispatched.
Should the item requested be unavailable a gift voucher or credit note will be provided.
*Please note postage fees must also be covered by the customer. that we do not refund postage costs under any circumstances.
Refunds can only be granted If we deem the product to be faulty. If you believe your product to be faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order name, number and problem as soon as possible. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of reviewed outcome. Faulty postage fees are only covered up to £3.99. Should you wish to return your goods with a postage fee higher than this amount - this will be covered by the customer. We only cover postage fees for faulty goods only.
